Here's some pics of the mill after it's first log. Setup went well, just had some issues with the roller sweeper too long and binding under the rollers. Other than that, pretty straight forward. Took me a day and a half to setup on my own with just some help to walk the head on.

Here's a couple of pictures. First one is obviously the mill, and the second is the stack of boards off of the first run. It's mostly ash with a little bit of sugar maple on top. I think it is roughly 500 bf of 4/4. The mill is running great and made quick work of the logs I had ready to saw. Unfortunately it warmed up and now it's too muddy to get out to the woods for more. Thanks for building a great machine.

We made a 24 foot continuous track on a reinforced trailer frame. It has been working well for us. Those oak logs were 21 feet long. We have cut the floor joists and will need the length for some of the beams. We plan to build a log cabin this summer.
