Extremely happy with my HM 126 and I am putting it to good use improving my sawmill setup. I would be very interested in seeing photos of how others owning your sawmills have set them up with helpful projects.

Built some cedar planters to replace the old log ones from years past. Started siding on Faye's sewing room. Staining the siding inside garage as it is a bit cooler now. HM126 works great. Cuts straight and true for me. Biggest part of the job is hauling logs out of the bush.

A true story: in mid-April 2017, Thomas decides to build a cabin under the Marmolada, buy a HM126 and start sawing the larch logs off in the woods around the cabin. The first of May, under the snow, comes to the roof of the cabin and its dream is made. Congratulations

I have enjoyed my Woodlands Mill. I have been impressed with the quality since the first day it arrived in the metal crate you shipped it in. I mounted the mill on a trailer to make it portable so I could move to job sites easily. The first weekend I used it my wife and I cut nearly 2000 board ft of 1"x16" Fir boards. It has been everything I hopes for.

I'm really enjoying my mill. Definitely a good purchase on our hobby farm. It's probably paid for itself already.

Here's a short review and some photos of my HM126. I shopped around for almost three years prior to purchasing the Woodland Mills HM126. What made the saleť for me was the value for an occasional user like me and Woodland's reputation for excellent customer service. I was very surprised by how quickly the saw arrived. It was delivered to my home within less than a week of placing the online order. There were no hidden charges as there are with some other sellers. Everything is up front and exactly as quoted by Woodland Mills. Right out of the box I was very impressed by the construction of the saw. The metal was much more heavy duty than I had expected. Assembly took the better part of a day but was not too difficult even as a one manť job. I would suggest reading completely through the assembly manual before starting. Assembling the saw on the rails made things much easier. The saw's performance has exceeded my expectations in every way. First I milled a large hickory for paneling and to make some furniture for the house. The blade that came with the saw didn't last long in the hickory. I suggest having some extra blades on hand especially if milling hardwoods. The saw had no problem handling the hickory. The few problems I had could all be linked to operator error and just generally not knowing what I was doing. There are a lot of video's on youtube that will help with the learning curve. Next I milled a large pine. The HM126 cut through the pine like a hot knife through butter. After a couple of Saturday mornings I now have enough lumber to construct a shed for the saw as well as repairs to some existing farm buildings that I'd been putting off due to high lumber costs. The HM126 is a perfect saw for a landowner who wants to mill their own trees into lumber for use around the farm. It is also a very handy addition for anyone who does woodworking, furniture building, etc. As mentioned before, I made some really nice, rustic hickory paneling for the house. The wife loves it! Making inside work my first priority was a good strategy. It convinced the wife that the saw wasn't a waste of money. Now she asks me all the time what I'm going to saw next. She already has several projects in mind for the lumber. The only problem I've had with the saw was a broken clamp. The folks at Woodland Mills replaced the clamp quickly with no problems. Their customer service really is as good as advertised. That's a big deal when investing in a mill. Thanks!

Here is my HM126 and some black walnut I have been toting around for the last 4 years; finally got to see what was on the inside...still have a 1/4 cant to go. and here is some claro walnut from northern California - each cut is 2 1/4 thick and a hinge cut with a natural edge - should make some great "coffee tables". Have not had my HM126 very long but loving the way it performs. Have had great service and help from the tech department; thanks Derick ! Having been in the mechanical field for the past 55 years I would rate the design, performance AND price of my HMWL126 @ 5 STARS +

I have enjoyed my Woodland sawmill. It was easy to assemble and easy to use for a beginner. I have cut mostly pine and cedar and a little oak. I would recommend this sawmill to anyone who wants to cut wood for self or others. The support staff are great . They answer any question no matter how simple or difficult to make your experience the best it can be. Thank you and GOD bless you.
