I LOVE THIS CHIPPER!! I had a Bear Cat chipper that I had been using and I wanted to try this chipper because of the self feed feature. It makes a big difference in the work I had to do. I was able to go 40 hours at a time with out changing blades because of the four - 6" knifes provided a much longer life than three - 3" on my older Bear Cat. This is a well made heavy duty piece of equipment at a great price!

Fantastic! Exceeded our expectations, and everyone has felt the same from all our work parties! We’ve probably put on about 15 hrs. this summer (our first), and have highly recommended it to others. I know my cousin in Midland Ontario has also just purchased one after using ours earlier in the summer. No sign of the blades dulling yet, and we have been processing some pretty chunky lumber - plenty of lilac, which is as hard as anything. He (Jack thé Chipper) definitely prefers fresh cut branches to old wood as it is much easier to grab..... but if you need to put some old stuff in, just feed some fresh stuff along with it - no problem! I don’t think you will find a better chipper anywhere out there!!

Need more help to keep it busy. Recommend not feeding it 3+ inch seasoned wood. Excellent quality machine.
