Google your options. You'll find this a great grinder (if not the best) for the $$. Team is professional and easy to work with. I've done 140 stumps (soft wood/pine and some oaks) and babied this machine for the past 4 months. Some up to 36" in diameter. She is still running strong w/ the original teeth. It isn't fast grinding, but it gets done. She won't go down deep, but the grind is below where I mow (3-4" deep) which is GREAT. All and all, not commercial but VERY effective for a DIY person. If you want to get into the tree business, get a tractor w/ a grapple and this grinder. You'll make $$.

I have a tractor with 20 HP at the PTO, at the very bottom of the recommended range. Perhaps this means that I need to work a bit more slowly in grinding the stumps, but I am getting better and faster with practice. The quality of the grinder is excellent, and it is a really nice tool to have on hand. I have over 200 stumps that I want to remove, and the WG24 is a bargain compared to paying someone else to do the job.

We bought this as a buisness investment. After 3 months it has paid for itself. We use it on a small kubota bx23s. It has the stronger frame to run a backhoe so figured give it a shot. Love it!

Excellent value and quality purchase. Have ground over 100 stumps so far on the new property and will do probably another 50+. I would have had to pay a local grinder service $4000 - 6000 for the equivalent. I added a cheap backup camera, but mostly use a sideways-sitting over-shoulder direct view for best control. Running on a 25-hp Kioti CK2610. More horses would be better/quicker but still very competent on the 25 horse model. No issues or problems noticed yet, and the unit is highly recommended.

I purchased a stump grinder from you in 2017, to grind christmas tree stumps. At the time I was concerned that I would not have enough power with my 26 hp tractor. I am pleased to report that this machine works great. For xmas tree stumps, 6 to 8 inch dia, I do have just enough power, although more power would be faster. A heavier tractor would also be more stable, as the grinder will push the tractor sideways. But the point is that I grind in the spring, when the ground is soft, and anything heavier would make a mess. I have ground perhaps 4000 stumps, no sign of wear on the teeth. I have also used the grinder on big stumps with a 75hp tractor, and that really works well. Only comment is that you can't see the wheel from the tractor seat. Maybe the bridge frame could be raised to improve visibility. I also found another use for the grinder. It is great for making water furrows. Again in springtime when you can see where the water is not draining. Often the ditchbank has roots, so the grinder just chews through. I have a big backhoe, but again too heavy to go in the wet ground. The grinder also makes a nice round profile. Check the photos. So, thanks from a very satisfied customer!

So far we have ground approximately 150 pine stumps ranging from 5 inches in diameter to 20 inches in diameter. The grinder is attached to a John Deere 3025E tractor and has handled everything we have put it on with ease. The WG24 stump grinder is worth its weight in gold for us. My schedule makes it very difficult to rent equipment like this without paying for a lot of downtime. The WG24s price point allowed me to purchase a high quality product and get the job done at my own pace. Will be using this grinder for many years to come. Thanks for making such a great product at an affordable price.
