My 73 year old grove has a row of American Elm trees that are infected with Dutch Elm Disease. So far I've ground over 100 stumps with the Woodland Mills stump grinder and absolutely love it. I have it on a 2360 Kubota that seems to handle the stump grinder just fine. I can easily get into tight spots, I can set the lowering rate on the 3 point & can readily see the cutting edge of the grinder from the tractor seat. I have 100 elm trees left to do, just waiting on the tree removal guy to cut them. I give the grinder 5 stars.

I absolutely love this grinder. I only wish I had purchased it years ago instead of renting the portable stump grinders. It's a very well built product that should last for years. I even liked the metal shipping crate it came in. I put casters on the bottom of it and now I can easily roll it around for easy storage.

I have a small tree farm and purchase this unit to remove stumps before planting. I works beautifully. I have a John Deere 3046 R tractor and it removes any stump without any trouble regardless of size or wood species. If I had to remove 1000's of stumps I would look elsewhere. So far I have removed 75 stumps each taking about 2-6 min per stump. Remember to adjust the slip clutch as described in the owners manual.

I have been busy grinding stumps on 5.5 acres and about one thousand stumps of different sizes and species so far we have ground 270 in sandy soil with very little effort I will upload pictures if I can

Works great but due to the rocky soil the teeth need a sharpening after three stumps.

We have used this equipment on about 70 stumps. For a one man job and not in a big hurry this is the item you need.

Amazing machine! Great engineering! It's a beast! 20" stumps ground to shreds in 17minutes. It has already paid for itself in hiring out a stump grinder.

If you have a tractor,and you have stumps, WG24 is a no brainer. Simple robust design. A lifetime investment. Wish I had it thirty years ago.

We had to grind several large Elm tree stumps, the Woodland Mills WG24 hooked up to a John Deere 1025R handled them with no problems, we chipped a few teeth, so it would e a good idea to get an extra set when ordering.
