Awesome branch eating machine powered through the limbs of 20 large pines , chipped the limbs with ease had to shorten the 3point drive shaft by 2" to fit my JD 4066R with quick attachment. The input drive barrel works well with out the need for a lift handle. The opening to the barrel on the left side which allows the barrel to rise has had a dried branch nub get stuck in it a few times used a bar on the other side to lift barrel and get nub out of this channel. No problems with the green branches. Folds away with ease storage saving space great. Wish I bought it sooner

This wood chipper has vastly exceeded my expectations. I’ve put roughly 45 hours on it so far. I routinely chip 6” to 7” logs in this machine and have only bogged it down (to where the belts started smoking) one time. I have a Ford 6600 tractor that is rated at 70 hp at the PTO, so I have plenty of power to maximize its potential. With this kind of use I’m getting about 20 hours out of each side of the blade. It is easy to maintain with only 7 grease points and everything is easy to access. There’s a learning curve to how to adjust the infeed roller speed. After a while you can pretty well tell how fast to adjust it. I keep mine on level 3 for smaller stuff and on 2 for 5” and up. Makes mulch that is no bigger than a 1/2”. You’ll be surprised what a great stress reliever a PTO wood chipper is. Very cathartic.

This chipper works excellent good quality and sturdy doesn’t bounce around one bit I use it on Kabota B 7610 24 hp and only 16 pto hp have to slow the feed down to 4 but it will keep up to 2 people feeding it although I make firewood out of 5&6 inch wood so far has chipped everything I can shove in it. It actually works better than I thought it would. You won’t be sorry you bought it Thanks Woodland Mills for a good piece of equipment

Online order was confirmed Monday morning and unit was received in perfect condition, Thursday morning, three days and 4000 km later! Assembly was easy to follow and complete within a couple of hours. Worked perfect first time, mounted on my 45 hp tractor easily chewed through 6” diameter stems of cedar, beech and oak. Decision was between a competitors unit with no power feed and woodland mills unit. Very happy went with woodland mills unit. Highly recommend

Very impressed with build quality. I was not expecting this to be as heavy duty as it is. We have used this extensively with up to three people feeding it brush. My 38hp Mahindra had no problems at all handling the load. We took it to the limit on size and species and learned it can take anything you can throw at it as long as you have realistic expectations on the feed speed. When we fed max sized wood, we had to go slow but it took it no problem, anything short of that, it will take it as quick as you can feed it. Very satisfied.

We have operated the equipment on two occasions with outstanding results. We have been chipping newly cut and old dried limbs from conifers and hardwoods. We have rotated the knives twice and need to sharpen or change out the cutters now. We have chipped parts up to about 5-6 inches in diameter with little to no strain running with a 40 HP-Tractor PTO. Feeding any larger has been very difficult to get started, although tapering the ends has made some feeding possible. The equipment has proven to be well built and engineered for easy use and maintenance. We have been happy with the product until now. Dwight Griffin
